When opening CRM, system pop up requires MFA log in. This has happened periodically for me through the last 2 days. Once I verify MFA using my cell phone authenticator, I can access CRM as usual.
Hey Emanefo!
Definitively, you should open a support request to Microsoft. It would be important to understand:
- Which region your environment is provisioned in.
- If there's any update regarding configuration (Default TimeOut, session expiration, etc)
Regards,
Is this occurring on the same network each time and are you on a wireless or wired network?
If for example, your IT admin have MFA switched on, but excluded your primary office network from requiring it, but you are accidentally connecting to say a Guest network. That could potentially cause it.
