
Im trying to use pop3 with my email router which is configured with CRM online version, i have sucessfully configured it with office 365 exchange online, but when i try to use it with my pop3 account which is hosted by a third party hosting website it do not work.
It loads up the users who are configured to use email router in crm but when i click on test access, the test access screen stucks and neither i get an error or anything but it keeps on testing forever.
So is it possible to use pop3 with crm online and that too which is hosted with office 365 account.

I have the same question (0)Yes, you should be able to get this to work. A fiddler trace may show some helpful information. I would also verify you can access the mailboxes from the email router machine.
