I am working in Cash Manager and am trying to clear some checks. There are two that when I try to clear them I get an error "System Message 12324" check is included in an unreleased void check batch. They both cleared the bank and I do not see anywhere in the system that they are in a void check batch. Anyone ever run into this before?

Do you chek the Article id : 871548 on the knoledge base?
CAUSE
1. The check is in an Accounts Payable Void Check batch that is currently on Hold Status.
2. A Void Check batch containing the check was deleted, however the APTRAN record remains.
3. This message occurs in Cash Manager when attempting to clear a check in Cash Manager Bank Reconciliation Reconcile Checks because there is a record for this check in the APTRAN table with a value of R in the DrCr field.
