Marketing Form update options

Hi,

Can I set a marketing form to create a new contact if the contact doesn't exist but at the same time, I don't want to allow updating of existing contacts.

PS - Not using leads at all in this scenario.

Hi,

Creating a non-existing contact with Marketing form can be achieved. However, it is not possible to prevent submissions from updating existing contacts individually, unless you create a workflow that prevents editing contacts in all routes.

Here is a similar proposal in Ideas forum posted by others and you can vote for it to drive it to be improved.
