Hi all,

we are trying to install the Active Campaign integration in our Sales trial environment. Please find attached a screenshot of the error message. We don't understand why it doesn't work. We are trying to install it with the administrator role, so there should be no problem with permissions.

you do not have the necessary authorisation to install or update this application. Contact the system administrator or system customiser to install it or provide the required authorisation.
