Installation of Active Campaign Integration

Hi all,

we are trying to install the Active Campaign integration in our Sales trial environment. Please find attached a screenshot of the error message. We don't understand why it doesn't work. We are trying to install it with the administrator role, so there should be no problem with permissions.
