Can't use F11 to get full screen view & part of font is weird (not my original setting) now, any suggestion?

Hi there

My CRM looks weird since the udpate?  Please help. thank you in advance

    If you chose to upgrade your CRM Online with the Polaris update.. you are stuck with it.

    The Polaris (UR12) adds a whole new layer on your CRM and changes the layout as well as the forms.
