how manage sample

Hello, 

what is your advice about sample quotation/order ? 

- quotation/SO with 0 price

- discount 100%

- Voucher ?

We are using CRM 365 and ERP D365.

    Hi Nouah,

    In my previous project, we use Project module to handle the sampling. also can create production order and quotation for project sales order.

    for project voucher can setup the cost charge to R&D or selling expense account.

    Hi Nouah,  I don't think there are too many setup. you can defend  different groups and accounting.
