Returned Qty going back on hand when using the Create Return screen from additional menu

Posted on by 450

Sales - Sales Transaction Entry - Additional - Create Return, when using this window to do a return the pop up asking where the quantity should go, on hand, returned, etc does not present itself. It seems the quantity always goes back on hand, is there a way to choose or always make it go to the 'returned' bucket instead?

Yes thank you I didn't even look into that screen, much more to fill out including where the quantity will be tracked and the inventory will go. Great.

    Hi Nancy,

Have you checked the box for the 'RMA' in the return form ? As far as I can recall, if you don't check that box, you won't be able to select the location..
