Hello

We want to synchronize the Microsoft Business Central contacts to Outlook using the standard Exchange synchronization function.

After about 10 minutes we always get the following error message.

When I look in Outlook, only about 600-700 contacts have been synchronized.

If we filter the contacts to be synchronized and there are only about 500 contacts, the synchronization goes through.
But then the next problem occurs. After a successful synchronization, no new synchronization can be carried out. Even if the filtering is changed, no more contacts are synchronized.

Does anyone have similar problems with this function?
Are there other options for synchronization?

if the sync works partially, it means the setup is correct. Create a ticket to MS to check out what interrupted the job
