Incoming Email has 'script' warning in CRM

Is anybody facing this below issue after CRM 2016 SP1 update ?

Whenever a CRM contact or external party sends a email to CRM User or Queue. CRM adds an incoming email activity with this message in red "The email below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked."

We didnt have this issue before the update. "I hate when Microsoft introduces new bugs in their updates".

The email with green outline is an outgoing email to a queue in CRM, red is system created.

Any possible solution?

I have identified the reason why CRM considers the email as "Potentially harmful". Basically it is considering the dynamics values that we place in the email as scripts.

The below screenshot shows a sent email with dynamic values in the body, actually i just placed them as text and the moment i pressed SEND system highlighted the values.

Now the question is how to fix this?

Rutul, the email above in the screenshot with green outline is generated by a WF which sends email to User/Queue, usually the sender account is CRM admin. Do you think the dynamic values that we place using WF Form assistant might trigger this script warning?

And i'm aware of that setting you suggested and its set to NO. Also when an external party with formatted email signature sends an email to CRM user, then i can understand CRM will show this warning as it will contain some images/formatting etc.

But CRM considering emails which was generated by itself as script is crazy.

    Hi,

This warning message comes up when the email content has scripting tags in them. When you receive formatted mails, there are chances that some of the styling was done through style and/or script tags. When it finds one of these in the email message, it tends to display the warning message.

If you track a plain text email in CRM and open it in CRM, you would not find this message.

We may adopt the following remedial measures for this:

Go to Administration->System Settings->E-Mail(tab)->Set E-Mail form options (Section)->Use secure frames to restrict e-mail message content -Set to 'No'

    Regards,

    Rutul
