My sales team is getting the message "You don't have any apps yet" while using Dynamics 365 on the iPad. They are not getting this message on the iPhone. It works fine on the iPhone. Also, this was working last week and something changed. I'm the admin and I haven't made any changes.
If I try my login on an iPad, it works. Try the login of a salesperson and it doesn't work. But, it works on the iPhone or Android.
I've been doing a lot of research and just not finding a solution.
