We seem to be having issues with when an e-shot is sent out via a customer journey and a contact clicks unsubscribe this is not being transferred to the contact preference.
Would the E-mail preference selection need to be set to either Interested or Not Interested for this to filter through?
I've noticed that contacts that have their Email preference as ' --- ' are those that are not filtering through to the Contact preference.
So the unsubscribe functionality does work...
Or is there another reason??

Hi Chris,
If a contact need to unsubscribe from a subscription center, the contact needs to tick the option in the marketing form and submit it after clicking the unsubscribe link.
