When trying to launch Dynamics GP 2010, I get the following error:

I believe this is because of upgrading to Office 2013, is that not supported on Dynamics 2010?  Or is there some way to correct this error?

Please use Rich Format to upload a picture. You could also just type in the actual error message, that would help.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was? We are getting the same error message.

Update to an old thread: the workaround is to rename the Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.Rtc.dll file in the Add-ins folder, the same solution as for similar error messages regarding this file. https://bit.ly/39vC7sr
