Hi,
On creation of a new Case, I am now seeing a 'Guided Service Case' Process Flow (see screenshot). Does anyone know how this came to be in the system? It does not show up under Processes.
**NOTE: Also, this only came to be after receiving errors on the OOB 'Phone to Case' Process Flow:
Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: Invalid stage transition. Transition to stage Step_7 is not in the process active path.Detail:

</OrganizationServiceFault>
I performed a Save As and deactivated the OOB Case Business Process Flow and only then did I see the Guided Service Case Process Flow. I can 'Switch Process' but when I go back into a new record the Guided Case Process Flow appears again. I cannot remove or edit it.
Help!
