How to post partial vendor invoice of receipt lines from Purchase Invoice

May I know how to post vendor partial invoice of a receipt line? System not allow me to edit to quantity to invoice in Get Receipt Line.

We have received 101,000 bottles, but vendor only invoice us 100,000 bottles.
