How to add the javascript reference library to use javascript function in a html web resource?

Hi,
It depends on how you created your js webresource in CRM, I will suggest you to first refer this KB: msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg309473.aspx
and then refer your js web resource, you can also look our sample post here: http://himbap.com/blog/?p=1442
And you hare still facing issue please share your screen shot of js web resource and your code.

=>Have to add XrmServicetoolkit webresource to the form r u working, Webresource name and src name should be same.
