"Customer pool" in credit and collection workspace don't work

Hi,
 
In the credit and collection workspace, the customer /pool/ field is greyed out and is not possible to use.
To summary: I have added collection teams, added it to the credit collection parameter, added the collection agent setup and made a collection agent pool with both pool type collection and aging snapshot. I have also run the aged balances after the setup was completed.
The preview of the customer pool works fine, but the field is still greyed out/not possible to use in the credit and collection workspace. 
 
How to fix this?

    How do I link between the collection agent (person) and your user on the Users form?

    Have you assigned your user to any of the employees in the system?

    Hi,
    In my trial environment, this field is also grayed out. I think if your configuration is correct, then this may be the default display of the system. I also checked the relevant parameter settings, etc., but there is no setting related to this field. if you want to modify it, you may need to modify the form control. Or you could try the advice Andre provided.

    Is there a link between the collection agent (person) and your user on the Users form? That can be the missing link.
