Entity Store Refresh - Full Reset Batch Job

Is the batch job Full Reset still required to process Entity Store objects set to auto refresh?

    Hi,
    It doesn't seem to update the entities daily unless doing a full reset on-demand for the needed entities.
    And the Full Reset Batch job must be on waiting state, it should not be in withhold. Therefore, it is required.
