Good Morning,
We are having issues setting up Server Side Syn for all of our CRM Users. Please see below screenshots.
MailBox Server Set Up:
It says the Password is wrong for the account. However I am able to use the same credentials and log into our OWA.

Thank you for your query.
You can try the step below to try and resolve the issue,
1. Change the credential for impersonation account
2. Test connectivity - testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
3. Make sure that the user used on the Email Server Profile has impersonation role on the Exchange Server
4. Enable the Basic Authentication on the Exchange Server; this is a prerequisite for the connection between Dynamics CRM online and Exchange on-premises; See the link: docs.microsoft.com/.../authentication-and-ews-in-exchange
5. Verify the connection on the Email Server Profile with the option “Test Connectivity”
6. Test and enable the Email Server Profile and the mailbox in question
7. Send a test email to the queue to see if it is successfully processed by Dynamics CRM.
