I am trying to create Word Templates for Statement of Work documents and when I inject the composite address field from CRM as a content control, the address is placed all on one line (the carriage returns are replaced with spaces).
Example:
The format looks like this -
Line 1 Line 2 city, state postal code
I need this format (line returns after the address' line 1 and line 2 fields)-
Line 1
Line 2
city, state postal code
I've tried creating custom multi line fields that are populated with workflows and hold the carriage returns in CRM just fine. However, in the Word Template the carriage returns are replaced with spaces. Also, the content control functions that work with CRM mail merge controls do not work with XML mapped content controls.
Does anyone have an idea as to what is going on and if there is a solution?
