Hi All,

Does anyone know what this field is related with. I've created multiple addresses to my legal entity with different countries. And would like to be able to select different addresses from it to invoice customers. e.g

LE - address in France (primary) to invoice a customer - address in France (primary) - use the Tax Matrix to define the Sales tax group as EU;

LE - address in France (primary) to invoice a customer - address in Belgium (secondary) - use the Tax Matrix to define the Sales tax group as EU;

LE - address in Belgium (secondary) to invoice a customer - address in Belgium (secondary) - use the Tax Matrix to define the Sales tax group as Domestic;

    Can you explain if there is only one physical company involved or multiple which you are trying to merge into one legal entity in Dynamics 365?

    Hi Andre,

    There are multiple physical companies to be merged into one LE in D365.

    E.g. Legal owner in Belgium which has tax numbers for each EU country, selling its fixed asset from its Operational site in France to a French Customer using the French TAX number;

    E.g. Legal owner in Belgium which has tax numbers for each EU country, selling its fixed asset from its Operational site in France to a Deutsche Customer using the Belgium TAX number,

    Thanks for your explanation. The Sales Tax Group is defaulted from the customer. Would it be possible to use this instead of a company address selection? The feature you asked for doesn't exist in standard AX.

    Note that each physical company usually needs their own number sequences for invoices. This would be hard in one LE without customizations.
