Multiple errors in Purchasing

First I'd like to preface this with I have next to zero experience dealing with this software. It's something that I will be troubleshooting in the future, but will most likely just be getting in contact with those who can fix it. I'm reluctant to just "try" things one would find on the internet due to my inexperience. I'd truly hate to mess anything up.

With that being said, I appreciate any help.

Error registering table pmVendorAccounts when clicking the Distributions button on a Payables Transaction Entry

Message #1402 missing when deleting the entry. This is not the "normal" message that shows up.

Error registering table POP_setup when clicking Batches. But if you click ok the Batches box will still come up.

I saw this when looking up potential solutions. I just wanted to get as much information as possible so I feel comfortable when I go in to actually do anything.

My first suggestion would be to follow this blog: dynamicsconfessions.blogspot.com/.../when-things-go-wrong-error-registering.html.

It's not the exact error but similar. Does this just happen on one machine? Does it work successfully on the server (if there is a server installation)?
