How to add a user profile picture at User level?

Hi All

We are using CRM 2013 Online. Does anyone know how a user can upload an image on their user profile account. Is this feasible or not available in the 2013 version of CRM. Can some one advise how this can be done

On the user record, click on the users picture, Options will be available to upload.

Thanks Can the user do it themselves if they are not an Admin
