D365 Warehousing App Error - User is not valid

Hi,

I am really stuck with warehousing app for PRODUCTION environment only as

Please verify that user is valid and setup correctly.

Have tried all options

  1. Reconfigured the credentials 
  2.  Re register the app
  3.  Checked users in D365 front end also.
  4.  Search for the related errors7484.Warehouse-App-Error.jpg

Still I am getting the same error which is not appearing for other environment like DEV and QA.

Till yesterday it was working fine, But today its not working after deployement(NO RELATED Customization of APP)

It would be great help if somebody can throw some lights on it.

    Hi,

    Try to uninstall the WHS app and try again. Also, is this happening for multiple users?

    Yes it is happening for multiple users.

    Till yesterday it was working,now it is not.

    I would recommend creating a support case then.

    Uninstalling partially worked for me.

    Because latest re-registered app did not work.

    But older credentials worked, so we are saved.
