Hi
i was wanting to add a business rule to a custom field i had created to one which is a system field.
my custom field links a quote to a lead, one the quote form a system field called customer links it to a contact. this field is locked and cant be modified.
the business rule is to stop a quote being associated to a different contact.
so if customer = John Smith
related lead contact cant be Paul Davis it has to be the contact that is related to in the customer field.
any help in creating this as a business rule or any different process will be appreciated.
