Hello,

When you are creating a new customer, does a customer contact card get created for the customer with a “company” type contact automatically?

Only if you have set up the 'Bus. Relation Code for' under 'Marketing Setup'.

Yi Yong is correct, if the Business Relations Code in the Marketing Setup Page is empty then a contact is not created automatically.
