Wierd Values in FP1 Inventory Valuation

Strange Result in Inventory Valuation (Feature Pack 1).

I have some strange results, where items which have never had any inventory, are showing as '1' in the inventory valuation, but there is nothing in item dynamic tables (it should be 0).

This is at HQ, at the store level they are fine. (reading as zero).

When we updated to FP1 we ran the fixit.

Where is this value being held, and how can it be reset to sync HQ and Store values, i have run a full item count and reconciliation, and according to HQ, there are 0 at store and HQ value is 0.

First - run a database check and then a re-index at all stores

Re-run the FP Fixit at the store level, making sure that you have the latest one.

At HQ run a database check and then a re-index

At HQ run a 501 for each store and after they are received run a 190 Wizard for each store.

Now re-run your reports

The Fixit is only for the stores, not HQ

UPDADTE: some of the items have had inventory at the stores in question, so that does not seem to be the determining factor.
