Hello ,
I would like to ask how i can export in an excel all the insights from all sent campaigns/customer journeys in Dynamics 365 Marketing app.
I don't want to see and export for only 1 email but massively.
There is not  subscription in Power Bi or in Customer Insights, only Marketing app.

Thank you

What a joke that the suggested answer is that you need to pay more to do anything more than reporting on a singular email. Come on @Microsoft, do better.

Not an answer but building off of this question. In outbound marketing, this was done by setting up Azure blob storage and connecting Marketing to export interaction data from the marketing service layer for reporting in PowerBI. Now with the move to real-time marketing journeys, is it still the same process? I understood interaction data for real-time to be stored separately from outbound interaction data.

There used to be published blogs on the topic but seems to get pulled as things shifted to real-time.

Anyone have any insights to share about this or known resources?

    Hi,

Based on the information you have provided our team has analyzed your needs, but since you only have a subscription for "Marketing Apps" and not for "Power BI and customer insights" it is not possible to meet your needs within the scope of out-of-the-box functionality. out-of-the-box functionality.

In addition, according to the official documentation, even if you export data from Customer Insights, you must export each category separately.

If you want to know more please refer to the documentation at the following link

For your needs, we recommend that you seek technical support from Microsoft using the link below.
