Hello
Know that is now general available: Exchange Online cross-tenant authentication - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs
I am in same boat now, can't figure out how to get this done.
Hello
is this still the case.
We want to configure a mail profile with different O365 tenant, multi tenant configuration.
So connect with a mail environment outside of our tenant.
We have not found any solution for now. Are there any 3rd party tools which do a similar function like this.
No solution for us. We migrate the Exchange to the same Tenant
Hi
Did you make any progress with this ?
I'm also interested in being able to achieve this.
We are an affiliate of a larger group who host Exchange Online in their own tenant and we don't want to migrate our Dynamics 365 online instances into theirs.
I'm sure there must be plenty of companies set up like this who would need to connect cross tenant.
Can it be done via EWS perhaps ?
Hi Hedi,
We are trying to achieve the same thing for a customer who has been using Email router ( V9 does not support it) and does not want to merge his office 365 tenant and D365 tenant. Microsoft keeps saying it is not supported.
Did anyone manage to get a solution for this?
Thanks in Advance,
Srini
I think it is not supported. What did you end up doing for this?
This article: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531050.aspx
states:
Connecting Dynamics 365 (online) with Exchange Online in different tenant is not supported.
