ReportHi, I am asked to renew our association subscription and move it to familly or personal account type in 2 weeks.
We are an non profit local association and i do not see what i can to to remain as such with Microsoft and just renew my account.
Any idea who i could contact ?
It seems very complicated for something that should be quite simple (we sent every useful non profit info last year and were validated and able to use Office365 for 1 year)
