When setting up the D365 B2B ecommerce with customer hierarchies we get a error "Sorry we are unable to load your organization at this moment, please try again later." when trying to add additional organization users.  have any found a solution for this ?

    Hi Kurt,

This is only possible (to add organization users) if you are an "Admin" user so it's by design that you cannot do it and that you receive an error message.

For regular users, this message is misleading because it makes users believe that some temporary error happened. We are fixing this to remove “Organization Users” from My account in 10.0.28 for users that are not "Admin". Please see the hotfix:

Thanks Ana.  The user is the admin when this happens.  I'm following this up on TrackingID#2205040050000944, and where the support consultant have confirmed the issue, that this also happens for admin users in 10.0.27/9.37

The hotfix I mentioned was created based on testing performed in 10.0.24 and 10.0.25.

For 10.0.27, if this is happening for Admin users, a new request for hotfix should be created, I'm glad you are already being assisted from our support. :)

I found the bug !    In customer hierarchies where you add users, the users are actually not being deleted, but is marked as deleted.  A field named "VersionDeleted" is set, and the user is not visible.  But the record exists and in the eCommerce the "deleted" record is used in joins(on partyId) regardless of the status, and results in  issues on the eCommerce side.  The solution is to delete all records in CustHierarchyNode where VersionDeleted != 0.  But this is not possible through the GUI, and a support case must be created as it must be done using SQL Management Studio.

    Take care friends :-)

    Hi Kurt,

I don't see a VersionDeleted in CustHierarchyNode, I do have a VersionRemoved, can they be the same? They are however all 0 and I still have the above problem.

Any other ideas what might cause this?

Thanks in advance and have a good day.

Thanks for the correction.  Yes, it is the VersionRemoved field:-)  The other reason could be what Ana Teles mentioned where this can happen if you are not logged in as a customer hierarchy admin.

If this still is not the case, I suggest a Microsoft Support ticket, as the rabbithole is quite deep on theese issues :-)

Even after deleting the record I am facing this issue. Is there any Retail job that needs to be executed?
