I had a user setup all the template information for rapid configuration, they emailed the files to me. If I preview them in Outlook, I can see the account numbers under posting setup, etc...as soon as I open the files on my desktop I lose the posting accounts, retained earnings, checkbook setup, etc.
Any thoughts why?
