Tracking "Scheduled Time Off" in CRM 2013

Posted on by 195

Hi

I am trying to create a utilization/availability report from the Service Calendar in CRM 2013.

Resources are entered as Facilities and Equipment, activities are scheduled against them as per the standard process.

Using JetReports, I can create an allocation report by mining the FilteredServiceAppointment table. For a complete view, I want to add-in Scheduled Time Off into this report so I can work out Availability as product of Workdays in Month - Scheduled Time Off - Time Allocated.

FilteredCalendar seems to store some information about the Scheduled Time Off, as in the "Name" of the entry. What it doesn't include is the entry for the Startdate and end date of the time off or the User/Factility that the time off is associated with.

Anyone know the tables that store these deets?

Regards

Dave

    Thanks Koen

ServiceAppointment only stores Service Activities. My thought was the same as yours initially, the time-off entries would be captured in the same table. It seems not. I have all of the data from 4214 already, still searching for the tables that have the annual leave in.

Serviceappointment is stored in ObjectTypeCode 4214.

It has ActualEnd and ActualStart, next to ScheduledEnd and ScheduledStart

I'm guessing that's the attributes you're looking for?
