PTO usage works but doesn't appear on the PTO details

hi,  Using GP2015 and tracking sick time accrual only at this time.  PTO manager is set up, accruals are working and the Sick usage does reduce the balance.  However, on the Details screen is does not show the amount used or date taken in the transaction grid. The pay code type is Sick.  Not sure what i am possibly missing or where to go check.
