Hello,

I have is movement journal that has a approval workflow, it is stuck and the message says, "Stopped (unrecoverable): Journal is being posted and the workflow status cannot be changed". And the recall and resume button are disable, how can I cancel this journal or bring to draft stage or post it

Hello Naveen Kumar Somanagoudar ,

This was much more easier to tackle on the AX 2012, as I can easily go the table and update the workflow status field back to draft and the submit button reappears.

In D365FO, a simpler way is by Running a custom X++ script with zero downtime

we tried and changed the workflow status to draft from table browser and then recalled it. thank you
