Does anyone know if Dynamics SL 2011 is VDI compatible with a VDI such as Citrix, or other VDI providers? This is not a Remote Desktop or Terminal Services issue.

From the side of Microsoft, it is not confirmed whether that works or not.
You can try yourself.
Though, you need to also ask it to Citrix team as well whether Dynamics SL is compatible with Citrix Virtual Desktop.
I am sure that any application would work in the Citrix Virtual Desktop or Azure WVD environment including but not limited to Dynamics SL.
