Hello everyone,

We just noticed that we have strange occurrences in User Time Registers table in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In fact, we have some users who have spent more that 24 hours per day per company... How is it possible ? What can be the reason of this ?

It could be that the user session get stuck and remain in the background for a long time.

In addition to what Teddy say - some users might also have several sessions open at the same time. So you should contact one of the users that exceed 24 hours and ask them a little about how they use the system.

The user's profile has not scheduled any process that appears in the Job Queue Entries.

Thanks for reply, yes I can confirm that this user (and others) have several sessions open at the same time.

So Business Central is counting double, triple etc... as many times as there are open sessions ?

Yes, BC will add time from all sessions even if they run in parallel. So you got your explanation there.

Thank you for this confirmation. So this table is a little bit confusing... because users can work in multiple windows.

Is there any alternative table which displays the "correct" time register ?
