I have been asked by the users if there is a way I can move the CRM or track crm button away from the reply or send button, it seems there was been some errors. I know that I can temporarily move the bar to another location but it doesn't stay there. Everytime one opens the email the toolbar results with the CRM functionality, is there a way I can bypass this?

Thanks in advance

It sounds like your users are using Office 2003 which, unfortunately, doesn't remember the last location of a moved toolbar. So next time you open the window (e.g. a New E-mail Message form), the CRM toolbar is back in the default location.

Unfortunately, the only way past this (that I know) is to upgrade to Office 2007 or Office 2010.
