Unable to Post Retail Statement

Hi All, 

I am facing the  below error while Posting the retail statement. 

                While processing the state Customer order created, generic exception encountered in retail statement XXXXXXXX in the controller : Field 'Customer' must be filled in.
                 Field 'Group' must be filled in.
                 Update has been canceled.

i check the customer setup, there is nothing changed and even we posted the statement for the same store before this error and after this error 

Please guide me how can resolve this error

    I found Solution, follow the below steps 

    1. Clear the inventory Transaction,

        Retail and commerce--> Retail And Commerce IT--> Clean UP-->Clean Inventory Transaction

    2. Re-validate Transaction 

      Retail and Commerce--> Channel--> Retail Statement

      Select the Statement which has this issue 

    3. Post Statement again

    Hi Mahd,

    It seems that you have a missing configuration in your environment. There were some customers associated to transactions of the given statement that were missing the "Customer group" configuration. The customer group configuration is mandatory for sales order creation.

    You need to check all transactions in the statement and check customer account and customer groups.

    If you still couldn't fix it , please submit support request with us so we can analyze your data .
