How can we fix a Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 "ROI.exe has stopped working" error?

We are working with Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 it is running on a Windows 2008 R2 x64 Enterprise server.  The users are accessing the Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 Client from Remote Desktop.  We are now recieving the following "ROI.exe has stoped working" error message when ever a PO is created.  We have been using this for the last 7 months without an issue.

    Hi I have a problem with the screen when I try to unlock 4010000 order I canceled the order, then shipping 40110 00 I do not discount the existence

    This is going down a completely different path than the font thing.   I may be totally wrong but wanted to ping someone else with the issue to see.  

    I'm seeing this issue in XenApp 6 as well.   We see it more from people who log into a test environment and the production DSL environment (flip back and fourth regularly).  I had orignally suspected it may have something to do with the windows file library.   As I know removing some of that may cause some problems.  So my question to you guys would be... do any of you remove Library objects as part of your remote desktop roll out? (Network, Favorites, Library, Music, Video, etc..)   As out-lined in this article

    My workaround.........

    We use appsense for profiling so it's pretty easy to delete their DSL profile info to fix the issue.    We are doing that until we can really figure out the issue.

    How can I get the ROI.exe hotfix? We are having the exact same issue and I can't find the hotfix anywhere but the above link and I'm not able to log in and grab it. I know why I can't, I'm not a partner, but I really need to grab this hotfix and get my client printing checks.

    Any clues?

    I would start with the latest ROI hotfix (link found in this KB):  

    2669748

    Non-True Type fonts do not print correctly in Crystal reports in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../KBDisplay.aspx

    Next, I would ensure that you don't have a bad printer associated with the report by opening the .rpt file and going to printer settings then checking the "no printer" checkbox.  

    That should get you started.
