How to provision a Portal in Dynamics 365?Hi

Hi Team,

I have tenant with Dynamics 365 for Sales professional and Dynamics for Customer Service. I can also see Portal management but I tried everything to provision it but not avai. Please help.

This link will get you started. But i strongly suggest you to contact Microsoft sales as there are multiple licensing options depending on the purpose of your portal, visitors, authenticated visitors, anonymous visitors, etc.

D365 Sales enterprise comes with a Portal included.

D365 Customer Service enterprise comes with portal included.

"Professional" app doesn't include portal as per licensing.

You can purchase portal seperately if you want to provision one. Once you acquire license, you will be able to set it up.
