Dear Guys and Gyals , 

                                       First off, I just wanted to thank all you awesome ppl out there , who have help me out over the years, and for the most amazing forum / community support.  Big thanks Especially to Kevin . 

I wanted to know if anyone has been able to activate RMS in 2022 ?. By Phone Especially.  I call the Usual numbers but i get this automated system that leads nowhere. 

Also when i try to do via internet it doesn't seem to work for me .  Anyone else having this issue?

Is RMS Officially DEAD ??

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

    Hello Quantum,

    I have moved RMS to new (Windows 10) workstations several times this year, and was able to activate online by inputting the product key code, and when it comes to the information screen for details I leave the default registration info then, I just click the "skip registration" link and it allows the install to work.

    I managed to successfuly activate RMS POS via telephone yesterday (Nov 2022). I followed the options until I could speak to a human, gave them the product ID (the very long number split in to groups) and they gave me back an activation code to type in to the boxes. The whole thing took about 10 mins and worked first time. Good luck!

    Which number you called?...I'm having that issue as well... I can't even get an agent

    The number was 08000188354 in the UK. In the activation window there was the option to select your country for the relevant phone number
