Are certain features disabled when using public Wi-Fi and/or VPN?

For example, I noticed that when checking Posted Purchase Invoices to make sure they were connected to the right shipment lines,, I was unable to open these two fields: Shipment Receipt Lines/Item Tracking Lines. Normally they would pop up and I could see what Item Charges are assigned to what shipments. They were greyed out for the most part but I could still open Comments, etc.

I normally use Edge and then I tried another browser with same issue.

Is this some kind of security feature? My power was out today so I had to work out of the library/public Wi-Fi.

Hello,

This is not caused by public WiFi or VPN as I used public WiFi and VPN myself.

Likely there is no item charge assigned to the line item, maybe you could try selecting another line item.

No that's not the case. As the other comment mentioned, to open the item charge assignment page you need to have the item charge line selected first.

Hi, you can use the following method to control whether you can log in to BC externally, but you cannot use this method to control the functions inside.
