When we generate the Historical Aged Trial Balance - RM - we get a Duplicate Primary Key Violation.
Using the same details, same dates, same customer list, same class list - in Aged Trial Balance with Options - RM we do not get the error.
I was able to narrow down the customer record that appears to be causing the problem by entering a range of Customer ID's into the restriction list until I could run the report. I have determined that one customer DAVIDSION is the problem.
The customer ID is ON HOLD and is marked INACTIVE
There are no current transactions that we can find for this customer - we can look at the Transactions by Customer and see all the old transactions.
I have run reconcile on the RM Sales Transaction / History on RM Customer Master and on Receivables Transaction Open and History.
Nothing changes.
When I look in the RM00401 (RM KEys) the only records for DAVIDSON are from 2013 - there is nothing current. Only recent activity on the client was yesterday ( 12/02/14) when the Controller put the account on HOLD and marked the account INACTIVE. This is also when the generation of the HISTORICAL AGED TRIAL BALANCE stopped working for only this customer.
I can run the Historical Aged Trial Balance for ALL CUSTOMER before DAVIDSON and after with no errors. So it is not the report - there is a duplicate somewhere and I can not find it.
Thanks for the help.

Yes Charles, we discovered in the RM00101 table that there was a duplicate Customer ID.
It might have been created when the client was changing the Customer Name - from Davison to DO NOT USE
Once we removed the record - all records were returned and the Historical Aged Trial balance operated correctly.
Bill, was this resolved? I've got a client with the same issue today.
