Mailbox Error - Server side synchronization

Hi,

I am getting this error which testing my MailBox. I am using CRM 2016 and my email server is mailer demon. I am usering server side synchronization. 

System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.0 Mail check required
at System.Net.Mail.SendMailAsyncResult.End(IAsyncResult result)
at System.Net.Mail.SmtpTransport.EndSendMail(IAsyncResult result)
at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.SendMailCallback(IAsyncResult result)

    if email server is Mailer Demon than how can we do this? you have provided the example using Exchange but we are using Mailer Demon... Please suggest

    Is the CRM server allowed to relay to through the SMTP relay?  You need to add the IP if not to allow SMTP relay on the exchange box.

    On Premise.... and CRM 2016 is also on premise. Can I configure this using E-Mail router?

    Is your mail server online or on-premise?   Sounds like your CRM does not have permission to talk to the email server

    I configure this before on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 but now i am stuck with it. Is there any way to connect with Mailer Demon?

    Hi Asif,

    I don't thing the mailer demon is a supported Server for CRM.
