    Hi Murugan Shivananantha Perumal,

This does not look like the stanard form. Have you made some modifications to the journal forms?

In addition, can you check whether you can open the drop-down field but cannot select anything or whether you cannot even click on the black arrow down field?

Can you also check that the journals are not setup in a way that only users that belong to a specific user Group can access those journals?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Luewig,

This is the General Journal Entry Form where some pupil suggested to shift the columns to right but it did not help to fix this issue.

Yea, i'm able to click the drop-down but i cannot select any items as it disappears immediately.

There was no change on user access rights. It was working well until last week and then went wrong suddenly.

I tried with this hotfix also but the hofix is not installing at all on windows 7  / 8 / 8.1 / windows 10.

    Hi Murugan Shivananantha Perumal,

Do you know what has changed since last week?

There must have been an update or something?!

Have you tried compiling the form, run a incremental/full CIL and deleted your usage data?

    Hi Ludwig,

The last change was Windows update on the user's PC.

I compiled the form again and generated incremental & full CIL, and cleared the usage cache as well.

After all of this, it works well from with in AOS instance server console and RDP but not from Citrix XenApp.

What could be the issue ?

    Please advise.

    Hi Ludwig,

    The issue was sorted finally.

The fix was to set the "Virtual desktop or application window size Window size:" in Citrix Web to FullScreen in the Settings Section.

    Thanks.
