Microsoft Dynamics AX (Archived)

Preview/Print button is not visible with roles other than system admin

HI,

We have upgraded the system from AX 2012 R2 to R3 CU12 ,what we observed is Preview/print button  on the Sales confirmation and purchase confirmation (VendPurchOrderJournal) forms are not visible with the roles,but in R2 we were able to see that button with the roles,

investigations:

Checked the needed permission on all the objects as None and enable properties are as yes

no difference we can find for R2 and R3

Please suggest ...

    We have done customization on the roles ,and  needed permission for button is None not sure how that button got affected
