Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Version: 1612 (8.2.1.176) (DB 8.2.1.176) on-premises

Browser: Firefox: 55.0.3 (32-bit)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Advanced Find

2. Choose Any Entity & View

3. Click on "Edit Columns"

4. Click on "Add Columns" from the Edit Columns Window

5. Blank Grid, only showing the Grid Columns "Display Name", "Name" & "Type"

But, now showing any fields in the Grid.

Note: Same functionality is working in IE & Chrome Browser without any issues.

When I looked into browser console, I can see one OOB Script error is popping-up.

    Hi,

I've had this happen with Chome a few months ago with specific versions of CRM, now it's fixed. I think it's just a compatibility issue that'll get resolved wither with the browser or a CRM update.

To ensure it's investigated, I'd suggest logging the bug (and awesome troubleshooting notes) over at the bug reporting site Connect - http://connect.microsoft.com/

Hope this helps! I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as Answering your question.

    Thanks,

     Aiden
