I have a Cognitive Advantage Printer (Used to be barcode blaster) and when printing a barcode blaster 2 x 1 label, the RMS ask if I want to print two labels even though I'm only printing 1 and the it prints out this

Not sure why it is not working. Seems like it printing the machine code.
Any help?
