HI all,

Could you explain the message attached when I am trying to post a simple journal please. It is saying that the customer ledger entry is empty. where do I need to look into to investigate, or what is it that I did not fill correctly?

    Hi, I think the entry you have applied to payment entry is not correct.

    You can check these two values.

    And, this may also be caused by customization, so it is recommended to debug it.
